❓ Who owns Rizqé?

Rizqé is owned by Zadine International FZE LLC, registered in Ajman Free Zone, UAE, with its production arm Zadine Fashion India in Mumbai. Together we form a global network manufacturing kaftans, modestwear, co-ord sets, nightwear, abayas, hoodies, and T-shirts for women, men, and kids.

❓ Do you make co-ord sets and loungewear too?

Yes — our co-ord sets, shirt-pant sets, and palazzo sets are crafted from linen, viscose, and Korean fabrics, perfect for modest everyday fashion and resortwear. We also make night suits, pyjama sets, activewear, jackets, and abayas.

❓ Can I order custom designs or private-label clothing?

Absolutely. Rizqé offers OEM / Private Label production: you choose the fabric, print, label, and packaging. We handle everything from pattern creation to final branding so you can sell under your own brand name.

🌍 Wholesale, Export & Orders

❓ Which countries do you ship to?

We export to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey, India, South Africa, Malaysia, UK and Europe.
Shipments leave from Jebel Ali (UAE) or Nhava Sheva (India) via DHL, FedEx, Aramex and Maersk.

❓ How long does production take?

Sampling: 7 days | Bulk orders: 10–25 days depending on design and quantity.
We maintain buffer capacity for urgent re-orders and seasonal restocks.

❓ Do you provide export documents?

Yes — every export includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes, Certificate of Origin, and custom labeling/barcodes as per buyer requirements.

❓ What fabrics do you use?

Our most used fabrics are silk satin, viscose rayon, cotton cambric, crepe, linen blends, and Korean knits — all AZO-free and export certified for durability, breathability, and comfort.

❓ Are Rizqé garments true to size?

Yes. All products follow standard international sizing (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). We provide size charts on every product page and can grade custom sizes for private labels.

❓ How do you ensure product quality?

Each garment passes five stages of QC — fabric inspection, stitching review, thread trimming, ironing, and final packaging — ensuring zero defects and perfect finishing before dispatch.

We accept bank transfers, UAE cheques, international wire (SWIFT), PayPal, and Razorpay for global buyers.
Advance 50% and balance 50% before dispatch is our standard policy.

❓ Do you offer COD or retail purchase?

Yes — for UAE customers, Cash on Delivery and free local delivery are available through our e-commerce site rizqe.co.
Retail clients can buy single pieces directly.

❓ How are products shipped and how long do they take to arrive?

• UAE: 1–3 days via Aramex or local courier

• GCC: 3–7 days by air freight

• International: 10–20 days by air / sea depending on order size

❓ What if I receive damaged goods?

All parcels are insured. Notify us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or credit note.
